• Roll call -complete
• No approval of past minutes or treasurer report
• No old business
• New Business
  1. Kathy’s House
     1. $7200 needed for flag pole
     2. A2 will not aid in funding

• This will be listed as Centennial Project

1. Motion made by PDG Jordan, 2^nd Lion Ray to fund the project and solicit clubs Motion Pass

1. 2022 State convention hosted by A1 at Grand Geneva
2. Support resolution by WLF and vote for Menominee for Bowling
3. Lake Geneva Lions won   1^st place in doubles for state bowling and 1^st place singles in bowling

Certification of delegates took place between Friday at 4 pm and 2pm Sat

NOTES:  44 People attended meeting,   37 people  voted as delegates.
